Four Days Till Christmas!

1. What is your favourite Christmas movie/s?

Home Alone, The Grinch, The Muppet Christmas Carol ( all time fave, btw), The Santa Clause, The Nightmare Before Christmas and To Grandmother's House We Go....I watch them every year, without fail! 5 out of 6 of them I grew up watching. I was 12 when The Grinch came out so I don't class that as "grew up watching" cause I kind of already was grown, slightly.

2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning?

Christmas Day, usually after we have our Christmas breakfast. My brother, his partner and her daughter are coming round on Christmas Eve because they are going to see her family on Christmas Day, So this year we will be opening some on Christmas Eve. But, generally it's Christmas Day.

3. Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?

It would have to be when my brother and I were kids and every Christmas Eve we would have sleepover in each others rooms, one year it would be mine, the next it would be his. Then we would wake up just before 3am and pretty much eat the contents of our stocking which was  always chocolate a little bag of chips and a can of soft drink and we would wait "quietly" until our mum got up lol. She usually got up at about 3.30am even though she had, most of time, only just gone to bed an hour or so ago, she's a good mum.

4. Favourite festive food?

All the foods...definitely Turkey, Ham oh and Caramel Tarts...I LOVE caramel tarts.

5. Favourite Christmas Gift?

I've had a few but I would definitely have to go with my cat, Poesy. She is the best present I've received, thus far..It was three Christmas's ago, now.

6. Favourite Christmas scent?

Does the Turkey cooking count? I'm going to go with yes....

7. Do you have a Christmas Eve tradition?

Every year we have our Christmas Eve dinner and once we've had our dinner and have showered and are no longer hot sticky and sweaty, thanks Summer, we pick out a Christmas film, usually one from the list in the first question and chill out.

8. What tops your tree?

Well, my little tree in my room has a little angel on it, she's so cute and the tree in the living room has a star on top :)

9.As a kid what was the one (crazy, wild, extravagant) gift you always asked for but never received?

I'm sure there is something, but I can't remember what it would have been..

10. What's the best part about Christmas for you?

Not going to lie, presents..presents are good. I like presents. But also the food and the company and all the laughter. Yeah, all those things.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed this quick little post and until next time, take care x
