Skin Care Routine - Face

I'm not one of those people who always chop and change their face care routine, I've been lucky enough to find the things that work best for my skin and have stuck to them. The only thing that tends to change are my cleansers, the last cleanser I was using was great, at first, then after a while of using it, not so much. I didn't want to feel as though I wasted my money so I soldiered on through that less than impressive cleanser until it was empty and then moved onto the one you are about to see. My routine is the same in the morning as it is on a night. *Side Note* I don't usually wear makeup unless I'm going somewhere "nice" so there isn't anything in this post about makeup removal. However, If I did wear makeup on a particular day then I would just use the Garnier Micellar cleansing water to remove it and go on from there...

Step 1, Cleanser. As I said above, cleansers are the only thing I change up. The one I'm currently using is the Dove Oil Control Face Cleanser. ( This Is a recent purchase and so far I love it. I also bought about 8 of these because they were $1 at kmart, so I'll be right in the way of cleansers for a while) I use this cleanser along with my models prefer skin cleanser brush, which I forgot to take a picture of. I tend to do this first step in the shower, it's much easier and I'm less likely to forget because it's sat right near my shampoo and conditioner.
Step 2. Toner,  after cleansing I always tone (like most people do) and the toner I use is, T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel. I have been using this stuff since I was 14 and it's worked from the get go so I have never bothered trying anything else. You know what they say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

Step 3, Moisturizer. The one I use is by Nivea. I love this cream, again I have been using it since I was 14 and never had any issues with it. It is a relatively thick cream so in the mornings I tend to use a little less than I would on a night.

That's, that. I hope your week is going well, Until next time. Take care x
